This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes paid media, enjoys testing and optimisation, and is obsessed with performance. You’ll be responsible for planning, launching, and scaling paid advertising campaigns that directly impact our clients’ growth.
Key Responsibilities
Planning, building, and managing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
Conducting audience research, keyword research, and funnel strategy
Writing ad copy and collaborating on creatives that convert
Monitoring performance and optimising campaigns to improve ROAS, CPA, and conversions
Managing budgets and scaling winning campaigns efficiently
Producing clear performance reports and insights for clients and internal teams
Staying up to date with platform changes, trends, and best practices
Essential Skills
Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
Strong understanding of paid media strategy, tracking, and conversion optimisation
Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel (or similar tracking tools)
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts
Experience working with e-commerce or lead-generation campaigns is a plus
